Why sex & relationship coaching?
True intimacy with oneself isn't a “one size fits all” destination. Intimacy (“into me see") is a journey through the psyche, energy and desires of each individual and is uniquely yours and yours alone. To the detriment of us all, our current society falls short in supporting or encouraging this intimate expression (which I believe is the spice of life). This is why coaching is an essential part of the process for many. I can offer you a shame free, confidential and supportive environment to explore your truest intimacy and how you want to express it in your life.
IS SEX COACHING "SEX"?
Many people have asked me this and do not be ashamed if you've wondered it yourself!
The short answer is No.
Sex & relationship coaching is a clothed-on practice and will NEVER include the act of sex. This is very important to understand especially if you are searching for a legitimate sex coach!
The long answer is that while coaching in the Somatica® method can be intimate and sensual, it is a sacred and professional method that accompanies strong boundaries of which I will be very upfront about in our first session.
About ME
Since a very young age, I can remember being a sexual being.
I grew up starving for the permission to be myself in a society that is riddled with shame and denial about sex. My life became about fumbling through boundaries, trial and error, and the endless journey of self discovery.
I found myself wondering, "IS THIS IT? THERE MUST BE SOMETHING MORE!"
Through a synchronistic journey of therapy, workshops, immeasurable grief and loss, joining a startup (classy) adult toy store, explorations, experiences and connections (phew).... I found myself attending Somatica® Institute for Sex Coaching in 2022. It was there I found the language of love I was searching for.

This healing journey is never over.
I, too, am always working on things like honoring myself and having the courage to express my truth and boundaries. I struggle at times and have learned how to ask for help and guidance. I accredit my coach to holding a sacred space of care for my own path.
Our collective growth as a society around sexual desire and expression is my mission. I envision a world where individual and collective sexual expression is not only tolerated but encouraged, honored and celebrated.
And so it is….
